Lay members of DEXCOM
Lay leaders of District ministries appointed by the District Executive Committee
Members of The Alliance Canada Board of Directors residing in the District
A representative of the National Office as appointed by the President
A representative of each official school of The Alliance Canada appointed by the Chief Officer of that institution
Voting (Lay) Delegate
Churches that have adopted the Local Church Constitution may be represented at the District Conference by two voting lay delegates appointed by the board of elders. If the active membership is 150 or more, another voting lay delegate may be appointed for each additional 100 members, or fraction thereof.
A letter signed by the secretary of the board, dated, and provided on church letterhead must be submitted to office@cmaccd.com for EACH lay delegate the church has appointed. Failure to supply a letter will result in the appointed delegate being denied voting privileges.
Churches that have adopted the Constitution for Developing Churches may be represented at District Conference by one voting lay delegate appointed by the district superintendent after consultation with the Advisory Committee.

City on a Hill Watch Party
Join us immediately after District Conference closes on June 18th for a watch party event to view and digest the Alliance documentary City on a Hill. A pizza dinner is included at no extra cost, but pre-registration is required.
About the documentary:
A few Ukrainian churches invited leaders from The Alliance Canada to visit; they were invited to bring humanitarian aid and to simply be present with them. On April 23, 2024, Convoy #19—a humanitarian convoy of food and medical supplies—crossed the Polish-Ukrainian border to deliver supplies in Kyiv. They didn’t plan to go to the front lines of the war but God led them there. Watch their story unfold.
