Ready, Set, LEAP! is a three-hour, interactive workshop for anyone who plays a meaningful role in the life of a young person, including kids/youth workers, mentors, parents, grandparents, and other trusted adults.

This training is especially helpful for leaders of kids and youth who want to be ready to hear hard things from the young people in their care. You’ll leave better prepared to hear hard questions, thoughts, and doubts — and to respond in a way that helps kids keep talking.
